About
As Wendell Berry is oft quoted that eating is an agricultural act, it is also an educational act. Slow Food Princeton seeks to bring gastronomic pleasures from local farmers, producers, chefs, and restaurateurs to university students in the marriage of eating and edification. To savor is to savoir, and if Princeton students, future leaders in business, politics, law, and other areas of the world, grasp the importance of local and sustainable food systems, they will be able to implement the greatest improvements to ways of eating as the youngest generations.
