Breadmaking Workshop: Baguette and Ciabatta
This afternoon, members of the newly-formed Slow Food Princeton convivium spent a few hours learning from Witherspoon Bread Company master baker Denis Granarolo. Denis taught the tricks of making perfect baguettes and ciabatta loaves to the slow foodies, who had fun getting messy in the process! Witherspoon Bread Company is an environmentally conscious bakery that uses fresh ingredients from local producers whenever possible. Pictures from our workshop are below:
